For overseas delivery, we ask you to wait until at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date before contacting us.
We also offer UK next day delivery (Monday to Friday) using the courier DPD. DPD will send you an email and a text message giving you a 1 hour window for estimated time of delivery. We must receive your order by 2.30pm (Monday - Thursday) to use this service. Orders received after 2.30pm on Thursday and before 2.30pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders received after 2.30pm on Friday and before 2.30pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday!

We accept returns up to 28 days after the day you receive delivery of your goods. To cancel any item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting your order number and your reason for return. You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and return the item in the same condition that it was in when delivered to you. Items may be returned to us at BLOX Trading Ltd - RETURNS, PO Box 74621, London, SW8 9EP. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund your order within 14 days of receiving your return. We will not refund any postage and packing charges. The returns process for international customers is the same as for UK customers. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem by email at the address stated in the confirmation email within 14 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
