We also offer UK next day delivery (Monday to Friday) using the courier DPD. DPD will send you an email and a text message giving you a 1 hour window for estimated time of delivery. We must receive your order by 1pm (Monday - Thursday) to use this service. Orders received after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders received after 1pm on Friday and before 1pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday! These are normal working days and do not include Bank Holidays.
Please note that our couriers will not deliver to PO Box addresses.
We can only offer UK delivery as Brexit and international shipping rates have got the better of us. Our products are available from Amazon.co.uk which may offer international delivery and a limited selection is also available from JohnLewis.co.uk.

To cancel any item, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting your order number and your reason for return.
You must return the item within 14 days of cancellation, taking reasonable care of the item, including all original packaging and return the item in the same condition that it was in when delivered to you. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that the returning package is secure. If you are reusing the packaging that your order was sent to you from us, the perforated end will need taping up as we cannot guarantee that it won't open on the return journey.
Items may be returned to us at BLOX Stationery - RETURNS, PO Box 9791, Wareham, BH20 9DN. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund your order within 14 days of receiving your return. We will not refund any postage and packing charges.
Please choose carefully. Should you decide to return an item purchased at a discounted price we will deduct a £5 processing fee, per item, from your refund. This is to cover the cost of processing your order and refund. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem by email at the address stated in the confirmation email within 48 hours of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
