Please read these terms and conditions of service and website use ("Terms") carefully, as using or purchasing from our website means you have understood the terms and agree to be bound by them.

3) Terms and conditions of service and website use will hereinafter be referred to as Terms

Modifications to terms
BLOX Stationery reserves the right to modify the Terms from time to time. We will keep the customer informed of these changes by posting a notification on the website Homepage. The customer's sole recourse will be to discontinue use of the website. Continued use of the website indicates the customer's understanding and acceptance of the modified Terms.

Ordering
You can buy products from us online, or by telephone. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive a Paypal email confirmation for the transaction amount. This means your bank has authorised the transaction, but does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, we will send you an email confirmation once the goods have been despatched. Orders will only be processed and shipped if BLOX Stationery deems an order complete. An order is deemed complete if all relevant information requested throughout the order process has been entered correctly and the terms and conditions agreed. If the order is deemed incomplete, BLOX Stationery will send an e-mail to the Customer requesting the missing information. When the information is received by BLOX Stationery , the order will be deemed complete.

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can, as orders move rapidly through to our warehouse. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures.

Contract Formation and Governing Law
No contract will exist between BLOX Stationery and the customer until and unless BLOX Stationery despatches the Customer's goods. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and despatch of the goods from BLOX Stationery . Any and all contracts formed will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. BLOX Stationery and the customer irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Prices
Prices are those reflected on the BLOX Stationery site. Any orders placed at a particular time will be governed by the prices listed on the BLOX Stationery site at the time of the placing of the order. Quoted prices on the BLOX Stationery site include postage and packing. Prices displayed on the BLOX Stationery site are in British pounds.

Terms of Payment
Payment is required at point of sale. Goods will not be despatched until payment is received and/or unless either a credit card has been verified, or postal order / guaranteed cheque has cleared funds. All online/telephone transactions are processed using a secure server. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo.

Legal Disclaimer
The services and all information, products and other content included in or accessible from this web site, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and are subject to change at any time without notice to you. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, all measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Product descriptions can be changed by BLOX Stationery at any time.

Using the Website
We do not guarantee that the BLOX Stationery website is free from viruses or other infecting programmes. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use the BLOX Stationery website.

E-mail Security
You acknowledge that communication by Internet e-mail is unavoidably insecure in limited circumstances. By contacting BLOX Stationery by e-mail you accept the risk of interception by unauthorised third parties. We shall not be liable to you for any loss, expense or damage incurred or suffered by you in connection with such interception.

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered by First Class post and Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day including Saturday.  However sometimes it may take longer and we just have to be patient and wait for Royal Mail.  At busy times of the year and with Royal Mail's industrial action, we are finding that some deliveries are taking a long time to arrive.  If you have not received your order please try your neighbours or local Royal Mail sorting office, in case there is a parcel waiting for collection and the card has gone astray. If you have not received your order within 15 working days,  we can dispatch the order again or offer a full refund.  For Royal Mail's policy on lost items please refer to their website: www.royalmail.com.

We also offer UK next day delivery (Monday to Friday) using the courier DPD.  DPD will send you an email and a text message giving you a 1 hour window for estimated time of delivery.  We must receive your order by 1pm (Monday - Thursday) to use this service.  Orders received after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.  Orders received after 1pm on Friday and before 1pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday! These are normal working days and do not include Bank Holidays.

Please note that our couriers will not deliver to PO Box addresses.

We can only offer UK delivery as Brexit and  international shipping rates have got the better of us.  Our products are available from Amazon.co.uk which may offer international delivery and a limited selection is also available from JohnLewis.co.uk.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 28 days after the day you receive delivery of your goods.  To cancel any item, please email us at mail@bloxstationery.com within 14 days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting your order number and your reason for return.

You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and return the item in the same condition that it was in when delivered to you. Items may be returned to us at BLOX Stationery - RETURNS, PO Box 74621, London, SW8 9EP. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.  

We will refund your order within 14 days of receiving your return.  We will not refund any postage and packing charges. 

Please choose carefully.  Should you decide to return an item purchased at a discounted price we will deduct a £5 processing fee, per item, from your refund.  This is to cover the cost of processing your order and refund.  Please email us at mail@bloxstationery.com if you have any queries.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem by email at the address stated in the confirmation email within 48 hours of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

Copyright and Restrictions of Use on the Website
Reproduction of any part of the BLOX Stationery site for any purpose excluding the sole purpose of ordering, without the prior written permission of BLOX Stationery is strictly prohibited. The BLOX Stationery logo and the bloxstationery.com logo is copyright of BLOX Stationery . Other company names featured on this site may also be the copyright, trademarks or registered trademarks of their owners. This website is for personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website.

Breach of these Terms
In the event of the Customer being in breach of any of these conditions, BLOX Stationery shall be entitled to refuse to supply the Customer with any further goods, or suspend delivery until all breaches have been remedied.

Limitation of Liability
BLOX Stationery shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained or incurred by the Customer or any Third Party unless it is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of BLOX Stationery , its employees and then only to the extent not excluded by the Agreement. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Statutory Rights
The BLOX Stationery terms and conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights, and if any term of the Agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of the Agreement and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected.
